Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end tendering process across portals: GeM, Railways IREPS, E-Procurement portals, MahaTenders, and other PSU/Govt. tender platforms. Identify relevant tenders, prepare all required documentation, and ensure timely submission. Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and accounts teams for BOQ, technical compliance, and financial details. Handle pre-bid meetings, clarifications, corrigendums, and negotiations. Track tender progress, maintain MIS of submitted tenders, and follow up till contract award. Manage vendor registrations and empanelments with Government/PSU clients. Key Skills RequiredIn-depth knowledge of GeM, IREPS, E-Procurement, MahaTenders, and PSU tender portals. Strong experience in tender documentation, compliance, bid preparation, and online submissions. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools). Strong negotiation & communication skills. Ability to handle tenders independently with accuracy and accountability. QualificationsGraduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Management. Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Tendering / Government Bidding / E-Procurement (manufacturing or engineering sector preferred). What We OfferCompetitive Salary as per industry standards.
