GEM Specialist (Tender Filing & Tender Bidding)

Job Title: GEM Specialist – Tender Filing & Tender Bidding Company: Rolex India Engineering Co. Location: Mumbai (On-site preferred) Experience: Minimum 3 years in GEM portal handling Industry: Industrial Storage Solutions / Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GEM Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing government tenders and bids via the GEM portal. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Track and evaluate relevant tenders on the GEM portal Handle all aspects of bid preparation and timely submission Liaise with internal departments for documentation and inputs Ensure accuracy and compliance in all submitted bids Maintain systematic records of tenders, bids, and awarded contracts Keep the GEM profile updated with certifications and product listings Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of independent experience on GEM portal In-depth understanding of GEM bidding and government procurement process Strong command over tender documentation and terms Proficiency in MS Office and tender-related communication High attention to detail and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing companies preferred Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate or within 30 days To Apply: Email your updated resume to info@rolexindia.in with the subject line: Application for GEM Specialist – Tender Bidding
