Tender Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify relevant government & private tenders across GEM, CPP, E-procurement portals, and OEM portals.
• Read and analyse tender documents including scope, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and technical requirements.
• Prepare accurate tender documentation, technical bids, and financial bids as per tender guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts, procurement) to gather required data and documents.
• Ensure timely submission of bids online/offline before deadlines.
• Track tender status: corrigendum updates, bid results, technical/commercial evaluations.
• Maintain tender records, documentation, EMD/BG tracking, and renewal of licenses/certificates.
• Communicate with departments for clarifications, vendor registrations, and submission follow-up.
• Prepare MIS reports: submitted tenders, won/lost analysis, pricing comparison.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender norms.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GEM portal & government procurement processes.
• Good understanding of documentation, compliance and financial terms.
• MS Office proficiency — especially Excel, PDF editing & scanning tools.
• Attention to detail with strong coordination & communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• Basic understanding of GST, MSME, EMD, BG, and tender-related terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
