Tender Executive

Role Summary

The Tender Bidding Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bid process: identifying opportunities, preparing compliant, competitive bid submissions, coordinating internal stakeholders, and maintaining bid documentation and records. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and identify tender and procurement opportunities from portals, emails, and other sources relevant to the company’s services/products.

Coordinate the end-to-end bid preparation process: gather inputs from operations, finance, legal, technical teams, and external partners.

Draft, edit and format technical and commercial proposal documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and submission instructions.

Prepare pricing schedules, cost breakdowns, and ensure pricing aligns with margin targets and commercial strategy.

Manage bid timelines and submission logistics (electronic or hard copy), ensuring submissions are complete and on time.

Maintain and update a library of standard proposal content, templates, case studies, CVs, certifications and other supporting documents.

Track bid performance metrics and win/loss outcomes; capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvements.

Ensure confidentiality and control of sensitive bid information and follow company procurement/tender policies.

Support post-tender activities such as clarification responses, presentations, negotiation support, and contract finalization.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers as needed for tender support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
