📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2+ years
🎓 Qualification: BBA / B.Com / BE / B.Tech or equivalent
🕒 Job Type: Full-time
💰 CTC: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assign relevant tenders to the concerned team.
• Maintain and update tender data in the CRM system.
• Evaluate tenders for eligibility, requirements, and timelines.
• Prepare technical and commercial documents for submissions.
• Coordinate and follow up on EMD & Bank Guarantee processes.
• Support overall tender submission and tracking activities.
Skills Required:
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills.
✅ Basic understanding of tendering processes (preferred).
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have:
🌟 Experience in tender documentation or procurement operations.
🌟 Familiarity with government e-procurement portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.).
