Job Description

Review tender documentation and determine if the company is eligible to bid.

Prepare, coordinate, and submit bids in compliance with tender requirements.

Work closely with the technical, financial, and operational teams to collect relevant data for proposal preparation.

Write, edit, and proofread the tender proposals, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and tailored to the client s requirements.

Create pricing schedules and cost estimates for the proposal.

Ensure all tender submissions are completed within deadlines and meet compliance requirements.

Maintain a database of past tenders, contracts, and submissions for future reference.

Prepare all necessary documentation, including legal and financial documents.

Communicate with clients and suppliers as needed to clarify tender specifications and requirements.

Follow up with the client s post-submission to answer any queries or provide additional information.

Assist the sales or project management team during contract negotiation stages.

Terms

Part time
Working Hours- Six hours in a day
Working days- Five in a week
WFO- 3 days (Saturday compulsory)
Timing 11 am to 5 pm (Cab reimbursement- 1000 monthly)
Timing 5pm to 11 pm (no cab reimbursement)
Leaves- 1 paid leave in a month, 12 in a year
Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection to perform job functions.
