Job Description

Prepare, coordinate, and submit bids in compliance with tender requirements.
Work closely with the technical, financial, and opera onal teams to collect relevant data for proposal prepara on. Write, edit, and proofread the tender proposals, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and tailored to the clients requirements. Create pricing schedules and cost esmates for the proposal. Ensure all tender submissions are completed within deadlines and meet compliance requirements. Maintain a database of past tenders, contracts, and submissions for future reference. Prepare all necessary documenta on, including legal and financial documents. Communicate with clients and suppliers as needed to clarify tender specifica ons and requirements. Follow up with clients post-submission to answer any queries or provide addi onal informa on. Assist the sales or project management team during contract nego a on stages.
