Accountant

Qualification

Graduates (preferably Account)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchases, maintain ledgers, and perform cross-billings.

Close accounts at the end of every month for accurate financial records.

Ensure timely payments to clients and maintain records of transactions.

Prepare client quotations based on requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Understand and track the company?s purchase procedures and pricing structure to ensure cost efficiency.

Prepare and maintain invoice formats using Excel.

Upload and track invoices as required, ensuring timely processing.

Oversee inventory records and vendor relationships.

Ensure proper stock levels and accurate tracking of goods.

Track client payments and ensure proper follow-up for timely settlements.

Regularly check the portal for updates on client or internal requirements.

Maintain the general ledger and assist with the filing of returns, ensuring financial compliance.

Skills Required:

MS-Office

Tally or any other accounting tool

Knowledge of Accounts including GST and its calculations, Ledger Books

Experience

0-1 Year

Terms

Full time/part time

Working Hours- Six hours in a day

Working days- Five in a week

WFO- 3 days (Saturday compulsory)

Timing ? 11 am to 5 pm

Cab reimbursement- 1000 monthly

Leaves- 1 paid leave in a month, 12 in a year

Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection to perform job functions.
