About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes for compressors, industrial equipment, and machinery projects. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, e-procurement portals, bid submissions, and vendor coordination — ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of all tenders. Key Responsibilities Identify relevant government and private tenders through e-procurement portals. Prepare and compile all pre-qualification, technical, and commercial documents for tender submission. Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather required information. Fill online tender forms, upload documents, and ensure accurate submission within deadlines. Review tender terms and conditions and highlight risk areas to management. Maintain records of submitted tenders, amendments, and follow-ups. Handle post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and documentation. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in tendering, documentation, or sales coordination , preferably in the compressors or heavy machinery industry . Familiarity with government e-tender portals (GeM, NIC, etc.) and online documentation processes. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools) and document formatting. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Prepare MIS reports on tender status, win/loss ratio, and upcoming opportunities. Support vendor registrations, empanelments, and compliance documentation.
