Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc.
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,
Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
Graduate, good communication skills, good in computers.
Must have exposure of handling government tenders, can bring new business through tenders to the company.
Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites & he have experience on tender documentation.
Must be willing to travel.
Should have strong analytical and technical skills.
Decent Hindi speaking skills
