Job Title: Tender Contract ExecutiveDepartment: Marketing Sales Location: Raipur Reports To: GM Compensation: 25000Job Summary:The Tender Contract Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end tendering, documentation, bidding, and contract management activities related to logistics and transportation services. The role ensures timely participation in tenders, compliance with client requirements, and proper execution of contract terms.Key Responsibilities:Identify and track new government and corporate tenders related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain services.Prepare and submit tender documents, EMDs, and supporting papers within deadlines.Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams for tender inputs and approvals.Evaluate tender terms and conditions and highlight commercial or operational risks.Prepare pricing, quotations, and cost sheets in coordination with management.Manage post-tender activities including contract signing, documentation, and renewals.Maintain a database of tenders, bids, and contracts for record and reference.Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for tender clarifications and updates.Support audit and compliance requirements related to contracts and tenders.Skills Qualifications:Graduate Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, or Logistics Management.2 5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contract management (preferably in logisticstransportation industry).Strong knowledge of government e-tender portals and documentation.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender submission platforms.Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.JOB APPLYhttp:jobs.vinayakjob.comCONTACT DETAILS -Name - NAMRATANumber - +91 91099 99660Key Skills :Company ProfileA goods transport enterprise that has strived since 1994, to cater to and satisfy the complex industrial and commercial requirements of expanding economy and make the vast country seem smaller.
