Tender / Bid Expert (India & Global)

The Tender / Bid Expert will lead the end-to-end bid management process for RFPs, tenders, and proposals in India and globally. This person will act as a subject matter expert in tendering, ensuring high win-rates, compliance with requirements, competitive pricing, sound technical approach, and alignment with company strategy.

·      Monitor, track, and pre-qualify potential tender / RFP / RFQ opportunities in India and globally.

·      Assess opportunity fit and lead go/no-go decisions with leadership.

·      Manage bid lifecycle including coordination with cross-functional teams.

·      Ensure technical and financial compliance with tender requirements.

·      Lead creation of technical proposal, solution methodology, and pricing structure.

·      Develop and maintain templates, credential libraries, and case study repository.

·      Conduct bid reviews and ensure quality, compliance, and timely submission.

·      Engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.

·      Track bid performance, analyze success rate, and continuously improve tender processes.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

·      6–10 years of experience in bid/tender management across domestic and global markets.

·      Strong proposal writing, project management, and analytical skills.

·      Experience in consulting, research, analytics, or business intelligence sectors preferred.

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·      Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and CRM tools.

·      Win rate and revenue from successful bids.

·      Proposal quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

·      Efficiency improvements and reuse of content libraries.

·      Margin and cost adherence in bid pricing models.

High-paced environment with overlapping deadlines and multi-project coordination. Occasional travel for client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and presentations may be required.
