Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for banking operations
Work with T24 Data Model to extract and analyze banking data
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers in MS SQL Server
Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy
Optimize reports for speed and reliability
Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for report automation
Configure and customize T24 reporting frameworks
Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and deliver insights
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployments

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

3 to 5+ years of experience with T24 Core Banking System
Strong skills in MS SQL Server, RDBMS, and SQL scripting
Experience with T24 Data Model, tables, and reporting structure
Knowledge of banking products (Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Payments)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have:

Experience with ETL tools, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence tools (Oracle Analytics Server is a plus)
Experience with regulatory and financial reporting in banking
Knowledge of Temenos reporting frameworks and compliance requirements

Do you have hands-on experience with the T24 Core Banking System and its data model?
Can you develop and optimize complex SQL queries and reports in MS SQL Server?
Have you worked on banking product reports like Loans, Deposits, or Payments?
Are you comfortable working directly with business users to define and deliver reports?
