Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Contact New Customers or Existing customers to inform them about a project by using Project scripts. To answer all queries about the company projects politely. To understand customer requirements and Recommend the projects based on their needs. Up Sell & Cross sell the product to right customers by asking questions based on their requirements. To Follow up the interested customers actively and push them for project site visit. and skills Any Graduate Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing or a similar role in the Sales Department(Real estate) with min 3years plot/apartment exp Gender - Female Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
