As a Sales Representative at The Urban India, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers through high-volume calls, understanding their needs, and effectively generating leads and closing sales. In this role, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by conducting market research to identify new opportunities and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, as well as to conduct presentations about our products and services to prospective customers. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines are essential. Additionally, your self-motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization will be key to your success. Knowledge of insurance products is a plus, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the capability to handle rejection gracefully, and the flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
