Job Description

Role Responsibilities Engage potential customers through high-volume calls. Understand customer needs and present appropriate Generate leads and close sales effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. Conduct presentations about products and services. Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Provide feedback from customers to improve services. Participate in training sessions for ongoing development. Contribute to team goals and foster a positive work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Knowledge of insurance products is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to handle rejection gracefully. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments. Team player who can also work independently. Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset. Accountability and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
