Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their educational needs, and providing information about Upstarts University's programs. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and following up on leads. Responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments using the university’s CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage potential students effectively over the phone
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to participate in ongoing Training sessions to stay updated with program offerings and sales techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
