Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in mumbai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and offering customer support. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, delivering sales pitches, maintaining customer records, and training new team members on sales techniques and customer service standards.
