Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in mumbai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and offering customer support. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, delivering sales pitches, maintaining customer records, and training new team members on sales techniques and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries. Explain visa services, processes, and benefits to potential customers. Maintain a database of leads, track interactions, and update CRM records. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Handle client queries with professionalism and provide accurate information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
