About the Role We are seeking energetic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, pitching our real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome – we provide full training. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into site visits. Pitch company projects (both primary sales & resale properties ) effectively, highlighting key USPs such as Zero Brokerage and Home Loan Assistance . Schedule and coordinate site visits with Relationship Managers and follow up until conversion. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Build rapport with clients and ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to booking. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and site visit targets. Share client feedback and market insights with the sales & marketing teams. What We’re Looking For Experience: 0–3 years in Telesales / Inside Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
