Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
• Explain academy services, courses, and offers effectively.
• Convert inquiries into admissions or sales.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year – 2 year of telesales/telecalling experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English & Malayalam.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
