Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kolkata. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and sell Technixia's IoT and automation products. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing information about products, addressing customer inquiries, recording sales and customer information, and following up on sales leads. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in providing Training related to products and services
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in Telesales or a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
