Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kolkata. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and sell Technixia's IoT and automation products. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing information about products, addressing customer inquiries, recording sales and customer information, and following up on sales leads. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
