Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Kolkata. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote Technixia's solutions and services, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, closing sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales records. The specialist will also provide training to customers on offered solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and related sales processes
• Ability to provide product knowledge and training to customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Familiarity with IoT, smart automation, or energy efficiency solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
