Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, pitching and selling products or services over calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound sales calls, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

• Proven Sales skills
• Experience in Training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
