We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Understand and identify customer requirements for property purchase.
• Educate customers about available projects and suitable options.
• Arrange and coordinate in-person meetings/site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth progression of their property search.

Requirements:

• Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred (real estate background is an advantage).
• Ability to listen actively, identify needs, and build rapport with clients.
• Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or calling tools.
