Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients, managing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about properties, and converting leads into successful sales. They will also maintain a customer database, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Persuasive telephone skills and ability to effectively present information
• Ability to manage and update customer databases
• Experience in telesales or a similar sales environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property trends
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the luxury real estate market is an advantage
