This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound and inbound sales calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product training where needed, and supporting customers throughout their buying journey. Responsibilities also include identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address and resolve inquiries
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interaction with customers
Proven ability to drive Sales success and meet targets while working in a remote setup
Experience in offering training and guidance to customers related to products or services
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Prior experience in telesales or a related field preferred
