Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce and sell the company's services and solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and training new team members in sales techniques. The role requires maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to refine sales strategies.
