Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibility;-

• Make outbound calls to students regarding placement activities, interview schedules, and job updates.
• Cold-call and follow up with companies to share student profiles and coordinate placement opportunities.
• Explain job roles, salary details, and company requirements to students.
• Maintain and update student databases, placement trackers, and company contact lists.
• Schedule interviews and ensure students attend them on time.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and recruiters for feedback.
• Resolve queries related to placements, documentation, or interview processes.
• Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on placement activities and call status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in calling, customer service, telecalling, or placement coordination (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
