Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Gather feedback from clients and report market trends to the management team. Requirements Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telecaller, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and customer service abilities. Basic computer and CRM software knowledge. Target-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections positively. Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any field). Language Preference: English, Kannada, and Hindi (added advantage).
