About the Role

• We are looking for a

  motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist

  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients. You’ll play a key role in driving company revenue and customer acquisition through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Gather feedback from clients and report market trends to the management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telecaller, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections positively.

• Education:

  Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any field).

• Language Preference:

  English, Kannada, and Hindi (added advantage).
