Tele Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound calls, emails, and chats to generate new leads and convert them into customers. 

● Contact existing customers to upsell products, membership and expand accounts. 

● Execute targeted regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 

● Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards. 

● Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and brand positioning. 

● Manage email marketing campaigns and promotional outreach. 

● Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients across all communication channels. 

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

English Oral and Written Communication skills

● Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. 

● Proven ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse customers.
