About the Role:

We are seeking a result-driven Telesales Representative for our real estate division. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, confident, and passionate about achieving sales targets. Excuses are not entertained — only results matter. This role requires strong closing ability, dedication, and the mindset of growing together with the company.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Generate qualified leads through telesales, follow-ups, and client engagement.
• Fix appointments, ensure minimum required visits/OBM/meetings are achieved.
• Present and pitch real estate projects to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets in alignment with salary and incentives.
• Maintain discipline in daily reporting, calls, and CRM updates.
• Convert prospects into bookings through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize closures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales / inside sales (real estate preferred/investment banking/luxury product sales).
• Strong communication, persuasion & closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Must believe in hard work, not luck.
