Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Surat. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients and providing them with information about MoneyGuard's services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also handle customer support, assist in training new hires, and collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.

• Customer Support and Sales experience
• Ability to provide training and mentoring to new team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
