Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Representative Location: Remote Responsibilities: Roles and ResponsibilitiesEngage effectively with potential customers via telephone to introduce and sell products or services. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on in-depth product knowledge. Maintain a deep understanding of company's products or services to convey information clearly and accurately to customers. Continuously update and maintain customer information accurately in the company’s CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals. Develop and sustain strong ongoing relationships with customers to foster repeat business. Coordinate with the team to strengthen sales strategies and improve performance metrics. Attend regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and sales techniques. Analyze market trends and feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in sales tactics. Required Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Representative or a similar sales role is preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers. Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade potential customers. Proficient in active listening to identify customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Excellent customer service capabilities to ensure a positive buying experience. Ability to understand and apply detailed product knowledge in customer interactions. Good negotiation skills to close sales deals and handle objections successfully. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and proposing solutions accordingly. Document customer interactions and sales activities meticulously for future reference and analysis. Collaborate with other sales team members to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales strategies. Gather and provide market insights to aid in the refinement of sales approaches and marketing efforts. Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
