Role Overview: As a Telesales Representative, your main responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients. Your primary objective will be to spark interest, qualify leads, and arrange consultations for the design team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Outbound Calling: Reach out actively to warm and cold leads obtained from marketing campaigns, events, and various initiatives. - Perform Lead Qualification: Ask specific questions to comprehend the prospect's design requirements, project scope, budget, and timeline to determine their suitability for our services. - Enhance Product Knowledge: Articulate the value of our interior design services clearly and convincingly, highlighting our previous projects and unique design approach. - Arrange Appointments: Set up high-quality consultation appointments for our senior design consultants. - Foster Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and design departments to refine outreach strategies and ensure a smooth client transition. Qualifications Required: - Possess Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar high-volume calling role, preferably within a service-based industry. - Demonstrate Exceptional Communication Skills: Display outstanding verbal communication abilities with a professional, engaging, and persuasive phone manner. - Showcase Sales Acumen: Exhibit a natural talent for quickly building rapport, handling objections tactfully, and steering conversations towards a positive resolution.
