Sales executive

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic interior design company. If you have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you! You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service from initial contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new interior design projects (residential and/or commercial) through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored design solutions.
• Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, including initial consultation, preparing detailed proposals, presenting design concepts, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, project managers, and operations staff to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our services.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status using our CRM system, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the interior design, architecture, furniture, or luxury goods industry.
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of the interior design process, materials, and industry terminology is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
