Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector.
· Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
· Provide strategic advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
· Manage client portfolios and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
· Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
· Track market trends and leverage insights to benefit clients.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the real estate sector.
· Proven track record of successful client relationship management.
· Strong understanding of the real estate market and its trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
