Interior Designer

The Interior Designer is responsible for independently managing and executing projects while supporting staff on larger, more complex designs. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution & Leadership:
• Lead the development of design concepts, space planning, and test fits, ensuring adherence to client goals, budget, and scope.
• Develop comprehensive Construction Documentation (CD) sets, including detailed drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
• Manage the selection, specification, and procurement of FF&E.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design intent and incorporating feedback.
• Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialized consultants.
• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Technical & Regulatory Compliance:
• Conduct thorough site visits and construction administration duties, reviewing drawings and addressing RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in an interior design firm.
• Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through construction administration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
