Telesales Manager

🔹 Job Role: We are looking for a Telesales Manager to lead and manage our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance over the phone, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and mentoring the telesales executives to achieve team goals. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:   Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives   Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met   Train new team members and conduct regular performance reviews   Develop sales scripts and call strategies to improve conversion rates   Monitor team calls for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback   Generate reports on sales performance and share with management   Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts   Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues professionally   Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and improve client retention 🔹 Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field   3–5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role   Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets   Excellent communication and leadership skills   Strong understanding of CRM systems and telesales metrics   Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions   Fluency in [Insert Relevant Language(s)] 🔹 Preferred Skills:   Experience in the [industry type – e.g., real estate, insurance, education, automotive]   Knowledge of telecalling tools or auto-dialers   Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team under pressure
