Telesales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Manager to become a part of our real estate team. In this role, you will be instrumental in lead generation, arranging client meetings, and supporting the sales process. Your main duty involves engaging with potential buyers, sellers, and investors over the phone, providing property information, and coordinating property viewings. Your Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads. - Present details of real estate projects, property attributes, and investment advantages. - Follow up with interested prospects, schedule meetings, and organize property visits. - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database. - Professionally handle client inquiries and address any concerns. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful deal closures. - Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls. Qualifications: - Experience: 03 years preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply). - Education: Graduate - Skills: Proficient in communication (Odia, Hindi, English), possess persuasive abilities, and basic computer literacy. - Additional Skills: Previous experience in real estate or Telesales/Telecalling is a bonus.
