Job description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads , setting up client meetings, and assisting in the sales process. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors via phone calls, explain property details, and schedule site visits. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Explain real estate projects, property features, and investment benefits. Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings or property site visits. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Handle client inquiries and address concerns professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful deal closures. Meet daily and monthly calling targets. Qualifications: Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply). Education: Graduate Skills: Excellent communication (Odia, Hindi, English), persuasive ability, and basic computer knowledge.
