As a Telecaller Executive for B2B Sales, your primary role will involve making outbound calls to corporate clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting outbound calls to corporate clients for lead generation and sales conversion. - Identifying key decision-makers and initiating meaningful business conversations. - Scheduling appointments and services for field sales or senior executives. - Maintaining and regularly updating the CRM or client database with accurate information. - Following up on existing leads to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales funnel. - Collaborating with the business development and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. - Providing timely feedback and insights from client conversations to improve offerings and messaging. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in B2B telesales. - Proven ability to generate quality leads and meet or exceed targets. - Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable speaking with professionals at various levels, including decision-makers. - Experience with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel). - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
