Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Handle customer objections professionally and close deals
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth order processing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good command over Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
