TELESALES EXECUTIVE We are looking for a caring and photography-loving Telesales Executive. You would be responsible for prospecting and lead generation from international clients; meet target sales and responding to customer queries via email, phone, social media from customers; prospecting and lead generation; working closely with our teams to continuously improve our service quality. Objectives of this role · Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive · Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit · Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving · Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive Responsibilities · Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations · Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries · Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role · Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products · Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive · Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints Required skills and qualifications · High school diploma · Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role · Fluency in English · Adept knowledge of working with MS Office · Great communication skills both verbal and written Preferred skills and qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline · Proven record of meeting sales targets · Outstanding negotiation and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 14/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
