We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases Explain products and services clearly and persuasively Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Handle customer objections professionally and close deals Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth order processing Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure Strong convincing and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software Ability to work independently as well as in a team Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile Target-oriented and self-motivated Good command over Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus) Positive attitude with a customer-first approach Salary & Benefits Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Training and growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment Working Hours Full-time | Day shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
