Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Tele Sales Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales leads into loyal customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will leverage your communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques to engage with leads, overcome objections, and close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Conversion: o Make outbound calls to qualified leads and handle inbound inquiries. o Identify customer needs, build rapport, and qualify leads based on specific criteria. o Convert leads into sales opportunities by explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions. o Follow up on cold leads, nurture relationships, and re-engage with past customers. o Maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system. 2. Revenue Generation: o Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively converting leads into paying customers. o Close sales through direct communication and offering tailored solutions to customers. o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from each lead. o Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to refine the lead nurturing process and strategies. 3. Customer Engagement & Retention: o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sale support. o Engage with leads/customers via calls, emails, or other communication methods to drive customer retention. o Manage customer expectations, address objections, and ensure a smooth sales process. 4. Reporting & Documentation: o Track all sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation in the CRM system. o Provide regular updates on lead status, pipeline health, and overall performance to management. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions. 5. Continuous Improvement: o Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with sales techniques, product updates, and industry trends. o Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, messaging, and campaigns. o Continuously improve lead conversion strategies and refine sales pitches. Skills & Qualifications:  Proven experience in tele sales, lead conversion, or a related sales role.  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects.  Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.  Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.  Strong time management and organizational skills.  Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.  Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
