Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products or services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 26 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complaints or objections.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
