Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products or services.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products or services.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 26 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complaints or objections.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
