📞 Telesales Executive (Furniture & Furnishing) Summary🎯 Core Focus·        Sell furniture and furnishing solutions (B2C or B2B) over the phone to meet monthly sales targets. 🔑 Key Responsibilities·        Consultative Sales: Engage clients on interior needs, materials, and design preferences. ·        Product Expertise: Master knowledge of the entire catalog, including customizations and lead times. ·        Closing & Quoting: Prepare detailed quotes, negotiate, and process sales orders accurately. ·        Follow-up & CRM: Nurture leads (web inquiries, showroom traffic) and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM. ✅ Essential Requirements·        Proven Experience: Prior telesales or retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture, home décor, or related luxury/design industry. ·        Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with the ability to convey complex visual and design information. ·        Sales Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven, and skilled at handling sales objections. ·        Technical: Proficiency with CRM and order management software.
